Sheikh Academy is recognized as a reference for education and the promotion of knowledge within the Sheikh Business Group and, in all respects, follows the directives of the higher authorities within the Sheikh Business Group, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Sheikh Academy unit was initially established with the aim of educating and training the employees and managers of the Sheikh Business Group by a group of specialized experts from this organization. It was formalized with the approval of the board of directors and began its activities in 1401.

Since the beginning of 1403, with political and social changes in the country and the region, and the growing need of the country’s economic community to improve the level of literacy and economic, general, and specialized knowledge, the effects of knowledge shortages in the economic structure of the country became more apparent than ever. In this context, the Sheikh Business Group’s board of directors decided to establish a unit called “Sheikh Academy,” consisting of a specialized training team based on the knowledge, expertise, and organizational experience of the Sheikh Business Group. After setting up the necessary educational infrastructure under the supervision of the board of directors and the internal information security center of the Sheikh Business Group, it began its activities.

Currently, the Sheikh Academy unit, after passing evaluation and qualification assessments, has successfully obtained a license to establish a technical and vocational training center in the fields of “Information Technology,” “Legal Services,” “Financial and Commercial Services,” and “Administrative Services” from the National Organization for Technical and Vocational Education. It has also received approval for inter-workshop training and apprentice education from the same organization, based on the needs assessment and research conducted in specialized fields exclusive to knowledge. This group was formed and has started its activities.
